Cumbres Andinas Moscato Sparkling Torrontes (NV)
For the Preparation of this sparkling wine, grapes are harvested early for high level of acidity and a low alcohol content. It is made from re-fermentation of still wine in airtight container. This natural sweet sparkling produced from Torrontes grapes using the Asti method.
Nose is elegant and delicate with aromas of fruit and flowers like pineapple, banana, roses, chamomile and honey, all characteristics of torrontes. It has an excellent balance between low alcohol and good sugar content, which together with its well defined acidity makes it an elegant and harmonious natural sweet sparkling wine.
