2012 La Celia Elite Malbec
Uco Valley Mendoza
Finca La Celia was founded in 1890, when Eugenio Bustos purchased some land in Uco Valley to build a winery. Celia Bustos, his daughter, later inherited the estate. Finca La Celia is the most significant winery in Uco Valley in terms of size, scale and export.
This wine is the conjuction of the best lots of Malbec from high-altitude vineyards in La Consulta. Deep ruby with violet hues. Black fruit and dark cherry aromas, mocha, spice and mineral tones. Supple, velvety tannins give texture. A long fruit- and spice-filled finish.
